About the Role

We are looking for a driven and customer focused Technical Sales Manager to join the Tremco CPG UK Ltd team covering London and the South. We are looking for candidates who have experience within the Flooring industry and are located in the Southwest of London. This role is about building partnerships, solving problems and driving real value for customers.

Duties Include:

  • Managing and growing accounts across your region with an emphasis on in person meetings.
  • Working closely with the Specification team to stay ahead of project pipelines.
  • Delivering product training to customers on-site or at our UK training facility.
  • Prospect activity – focus on net new accounts/projects with an agreed potential spend & margin. Update Prospect list on a weekly basis through use of CRM system.
  • Utilise CRM System and maintain dialogue with existing sales team to identify new projects opportunities.

Successful candidates will have the following:

  • Experience within Construction Sales or Key Account management.
  • Strong technical understanding of key products (Epoxy, PU, MMA Floor resins, PU and Cementitious screeds).
  • An understanding of current building regulations and building assessment rating models.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 & CRM Systems.
