Technical Sales Manager – UK & Ireland

Animal Nutrition | Technical Feed Additives

About the Role

We are excited to partner exclusively with a leading European animal nutrition business to appoint a Technical Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland territory.

You’ll enjoy:

  • High levels of autonomy with the freedom to make a visible commercial impact.
  • A company that values technical expertise and entrepreneurial thinking.

The Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking full commercial ownership of the UK & Ireland territory.
  • Managing and developing an established UK distribution partner while uncovering opportunities for further market growth.
  • Building new business relationships with:
    • Feed manufacturers
    • Premix companies
    • Distributors
    • Integrators
    • Key livestock producers
  • Delivering technical and commercial presentations to showcase the value of the innovative feed additive portfolio.
  • Developing long-term partnerships rooted in trust, technical knowledge, and commercial success.
  • Representing the business at:
    • Customer meetings
    • Industry events
    • Trade exhibitions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
