TC Measurement & Control Inc. is looking for a commercially minded Technical Sales Manager to help build and grow our Canadian business.

This is a hands-on technical sales and account management role, suited to someone who wants to take ownership of a developing territory and grow with the company.

In the early stages, the role will involve managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, supporting customer accounts, developing new opportunities, and helping establish TC Measurement & Control in the Canadian market.

As the Canadian business grows, there will be a clear opportunity for the right person to progress into a broader Regional Manager / Country Lead position, helping shape the customer base, processes, and future team in Canada.

This is not a call centre role and does not involve high-volume cold calling. We are looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded, technically curious, and able to build long-term relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers.

Full product training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop customer accounts across Canada
  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Prepare quotations and provide technical and commercial information
  • Support customers with product selection and application requirements
  • Follow projects from initial enquiry through to order completion and delivery
  • Identify new sales opportunities and areas for account growth
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Work closely with colleagues in production, purchasing, sales, and logistics to provide excellent customer service
  • Help develop the Canadian sales process, customer base, and future growth strategy
  • Represent the company professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
