About The Role
We're looking for a commercially driven Technical Sales Manager to join Kingspan Klargester's GB Water Business Unit. Reporting to the Technical Sales Director, you'll play a key role in delivering sales growth across our wastewater and SuDS product range, including pumps, CTP systems, and separators.
This is a high-visibility role combining technical expertise, business development, and stakeholder engagement. You will drive pipeline growth, influence specifications, and work closely with Engineering, Production, and Sales teams to deliver profitable, tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets and maximise margin through effective channel management
- Build and manage a strong project pipeline (CRM), from specification to order
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including:
- Architects and Consulting Engineers
- Contractors and House Builders
- Local Authorities and Water Authorities
- Holiday Park Operators
- Support specification development and technical proposals
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production on Make-to-Order (MTO) projects
- Contribute to sales strategy, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Attend client and authority meetings to influence decision-making
- Promote high standards in health and safety, quality, and compliance

Essential
About You
- Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or sales support
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive revenue growth
- Knowledge of wastewater, drainage, or water infrastructure products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and operational teams
Desirable
- Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Environmental, or related field
- Background in wastewater, drainage, or surface water sectors
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to support product specifications
