Technical Sales Manager - South East
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Technical Sales Manager to lead and grow our Roofing & Cladding product line across the South East. This is a key regional role for a commercially astute sales professional who thrives on building relationships, securing projects, and delivering profitable growth through a consultative, technical sales approach.
You will act as a trusted partner to customers, representing our business with professionalism while identifying and converting new opportunities in a competitive market.
Your Tasks
- Achieving sales growth by meeting turnover and profitability targets
- Developing new business opportunities with contractors, OEMs, distributors, and key stakeholders
- Managing key accounts to ensure continued success and long-term partnership
- Provide technical and consultative sales support by networking and building strong working relationships within all departments of the customer
- Work closely with your peers to fully leverage all opportunities
- Understand your competitors and report back on a regular basis any information of note

Your Profile
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively to deadlines
- Proven experience in prospecting, developing, and winning new customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative
- High levels of professionalism when dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
- Good understanding of market trends, customer needs, and opportunities
- Confident completing administrative duties including CRM updates, expenses, and sales reports
