Corroserve is a leading provider of corrosion protection, engineering and asset refurbishment solutions, helping customers across a wide range of industrial sectors extend asset life, improve reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced and driven Technical Sales Manager to develop new business and strengthen existing customer relationships across the West of England and Wales.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious technical sales professional to join a well-established international business, offering an attractive salary, uncapped earning potential and genuine opportunities for long-term career development.
The Role
Alongside the rest of our sales team you'll be responsible for growing Corroserve's presence across your territory by developing new business opportunities, supporting existing customers and promoting our specialist engineering services.

- Developing new business opportunities across key industrial sectors including power generation, petrochemical, energy from waste, manufacturing and other process industries.
- Building strong relationships with consultants, engineers, maintenance managers and key decision-makers.
- Promoting Corroserve's specialist corrosion protection, engineering and asset refurbishment solutions.
- Providing technical and commercial support to customers throughout the sales process.
- Preparing quotations, following up opportunities and securing new business.
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records, reporting and managing your sales pipeline effectively.
This is a home-based role covering the West of England and Wales. Regular travel throughout the territory is required, and occasional overnight stays will be necessary.
About You
You'll be a successful technical sales professional with a proven track record of winning new business and developing long-term customer relationships.
We're looking for someone who has:

- A consultative approach to technical sales.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience managing a geographical sales territory.
- The ability to work independently while contributing as part of a wider team.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience in technical sales within engineering services would be advantageous
