Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Sales Representative. The role involves:

- Promoting PCT's product portfolio
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and specifiers in the construction sector

The Technical Sales Representative will:
- Provide technical product guidance
- Prepare and deliver presentations and training sessions
- Support customers in product selection and application
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Managing a sales pipeline
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Preparing quotes
- Coordinating with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions
The position requires:
- Regular virtual meetings
- Travel to customer sites or industry events as needed
Qualifications
- Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, with experience in B2B or construction-related products a distinct advantage.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Ability to deliver Training and product demonstrations to customers and partners.
- Knowledge of or interest in construction materials, screeds, or building chemistry is highly beneficial.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a structured sales pipeline.
- Comfort with remote work, digital collaboration tools, and regular virtual client interactions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the UK for customer visits and events.
- Relevant vocational training or degree in business, engineering, construction, or a related field is an advantage.
