We're seeking a hands-on Technical Scrum Master to support a major national infrastructure programme.

This is not a traditional Scrum Master role - we're looking for someone with strong technical credibility in Java and Spring Boot microservices who can lead Agile delivery while challenging engineering decisions and driving technical excellence.

Essential Experience:

  • βœ… Strong hands-on Java & Spring Boot microservices expertise
  • βœ… Proven experience reviewing and challenging code in DevOps environments
  • βœ… AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
  • βœ… CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • βœ… Docker, ECS/EKS and cloud-native architectures
  • βœ… 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile/Cloud environments
  • βœ… Experience within regulated or secure environments
