Technical Scrum Master | AWS | Java | Spring Boot Microservices | SC + NPPV3
📍 Hybrid – Solihull (2 days/week) + occasional travel to Croydon
💰 £400–£425/day | Outside IR35
📅 Initial 3–6 month contract | Strong extension potential

We're seeking a hands-on Technical Scrum Master to support a major national infrastructure programme.
This is not a traditional Scrum Master role - we're looking for someone with strong technical credibility in Java and Spring Boot microservices who can lead Agile delivery while challenging engineering decisions and driving technical excellence.

Essential Experience:
- ✅ Strong hands-on Java & Spring Boot microservices expertise
- ✅ Proven experience reviewing and challenging code in DevOps environments
- ✅ AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
- ✅ CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- ✅ Docker, ECS/EKS and cloud-native architectures
- ✅ 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile/Cloud environments
- ✅ Experience within regulated or secure environments
