Security Assurance Specialist

London | Financial Services | £125,000 - £200,000 Base Salary + £40,000 - £80,000 Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Entasis Partners are exclusively supporting a leading global Financial Services organisation in the search for a Security Assurance Specialist to join a highly visible and influential cyber security function.

This is not a traditional audit, compliance or assurance role. The Security Assurance team operates as an independent challenge function, providing Executive Leadership and Board-level stakeholders with objective insight into whether security controls, investments and capabilities are delivering the outcomes expected by the business.

Working across a complex and rapidly evolving technology landscape, the team combines deep technical expertise, data-driven analysis and emerging AI capabilities to assess security effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement and drive meaningful change across the organisation.

The Role

As a Security Assurance Specialist, you will work across the entire business, engaging with engineering teams, cyber security functions, technology leaders and senior executives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
