Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Technical Seller Support Specialist to join our growing team, supporting sellers utilizing our auction technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of modernizing a well-established industry by providing tech-enabled solutions that make auction businesses more efficient and successful. In this role, you will navigate complex technical challenges, act as a trusted partner for sellers, and work cross-functionally to improve both the product and the seller experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a seller centric support experience with timely resolution through advanced troubleshooting for product issues that Tier 1 support cannot resolve.
- Take full ownership of complex customer issues, focusing on the core of the customer’s business goals, and providing creative solutions when necessary.
- Serve as the primary escalation contact for sellers and commercial partners, balancing technical product expertise with clear, seller-friendly communication.
- Respond with urgency to business-critical issues, following proper escalation procedures and participating in on-call rotations as required.
- Embrace technical curiosity and develop deep expertise in ATG’s auction software and marketplace integrations, including the backend technology that powers them.
- Provide informed feedback on new product features from the seller’s perspective and advocate for issue prioritization with strong storytelling and impact assessment.
- Participate in continual knowledge share with support team members, taking opportunities to teach and guide Tier 1 members through more complex issues and best practices when appropriate.

Key Skills
- 3+ years in a direct customer support or service role, preferably in a technical or SaaS environment.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle escalations with professionalism, clarity, and empathy.
- Experience supporting business-critical SaaS or marketplace technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A keen understanding of product development processes and a curiosity for marketplace technology.
- Knowledge of the auction industry is a strong plus.
