We are seeking an Account Manager to contribute to the successful delivery of AI and Large Language Model (LLM) audits within our SEO team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who possess a strong foundation in SEO and are eager to advance their expertise in AI-led search, LLM performance, and emerging platforms for online discovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering AI and LLM audits by analysing outputs and identifying significant insights.
- Support the development and upkeep of data and KPI frameworks designed to monitor LLM visibility and performance.
- Prepare clear and precise reports and dashboards that effectively communicate AI performance to clients.
- Utilise AI and SEO tools, such as AccuLLM and Brandlight, to track LLM outputs and ensure accurate brand representation.
- Work alongside Account Directors in client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Convert AI and LLM findings into actionable SEO recommendations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaborate with both SEO and data teams to guarantee best practices in AI-driven SEO delivery.
- Stay informed of the latest developments in LLMs, generative search, and the application of AI within SEO.

Key Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years’ hands-on SEO experience, ideally within an agency environment supporting enterprise-level clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Good understanding of HTML, CSS/JS fundamentals and how they impact crawling, indexing and UX; adept with SEO and generic marketing toolsets (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Lumar, Similarweb).
- Practical experience in contributing to AI or LLM audits.
- Familiarity with AI-focused SEO tools, such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightEdge, AccuLLM and Brandlight, or similar platforms.
