Technical SEO Specialist
London (Hybrid) - Up to £52,000
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a leading international retail and eCommerce business looking for a Technical SEO Specialist to drive organic growth across multiple European markets. This is a highly impactful role where you'll identify SEO opportunities, develop data-driven strategies, and work across technical, content, UX, and eCommerce teams to improve search visibility and performance. You'll play a key role in shaping SEO roadmaps and influencing stakeholders across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse organic search performance and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct keyword research across multiple markets and categories
- Perform competitor analysis to uncover market opportunities
- Deliver weekly and monthly SEO performance reporting
- Translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations
- Lead technical and content SEO audits
- Partner with developers to implement SEO improvements
- Collaborate with UX, content, marketing, and eCommerce teams
- Build relationships with international stakeholders to drive SEO adoption
- Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates to maintain performance

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in technical SEO
- Deep understanding of on-page, technical, and content optimisation
- Experience working with JavaScript-based websites
- Knowledge of Google Business Profiles and organic shopping visibility
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into commercial insights
- Experience collaborating with developers and technical teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with content, UX, marketing, and eCommerce teams
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
