Technical SEO Specialist

London (Old Street hybrid, 3 days per week)
Up to £52,000 plus bonus

This is an opportunity to join a well-established international business where SEO plays a central role in driving digital performance across multiple markets. You will take ownership of technical SEO initiatives, working across a diverse portfolio of brands and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.

The Role

  • Identify SEO opportunities across multiple European markets and business units
  • Define and deliver data-driven SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and performance
  • Execute on-site and technical SEO improvements, alongside off-site optimisation initiatives
  • Conduct in-depth technical and content SEO audits, prioritising high-impact actions
  • Work closely with developers, UX, content, design, and eCommerce teams to implement changes
  • Analyse performance data, track trends, and provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Operate across multiple brands in an internal agency-style model, balancing strategy and hands-on delivery
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate recommendations effectively

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in technical SEO, including on-page and content optimisation
  • Ability to analyse performance data and translate findings into clear business recommendations
  • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush or similar platforms
  • Exposure to JavaScript-based websites is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience working in an agency environment or in a multi-brand setting is advantageous
  • Interest in emerging areas such as AI-driven search or evolving SEO trends
