About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Technical Service Director to join our Cruise division, ensuring seamless end-to-end management of proprietary commercial cleaning product installations and maintenance.
Responsible for overseeing operations across international markets (US & Europe), you will lead a team of engineers, project managers, and chemical experts, driving timely, cost-effective service delivery for our signature CBN+ product range.
Key Responsibilities
To deliver world-class technical service for our CBN+ products, you will:
- Lead end-to-end planning, installation, and maintenance of CBN+ solutions, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget targets.
- Manage the availability of dosing equipment and ancillary parts for all vessel activities, including:
- Timely dispatch of onsite engineers and personnel
- Proactive management of deployment schedules
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, matching customer inquiry timelines, and oversee commercial viability for every contract.
- Align technical operations with business goals, contributing to:
- Strategic business development for CBN+
- Growth of profit margins through resource optimisation
- Full technical training programmes on dosing equipment and Chemical Bathing Systems (CBN*)
- Foster customer trust by:
- Joining sales calls to discuss chemical formulations and product applications
- Proactively resolving service-related issues in collaboration with commercial teams
- Support ITDR expansion by setting up and maintaining new 3PL logistics hubs (across US/Europe) optimised for ISO9001 standards.

Essential Skills & Experience
We’re looking for a commercially savvy technical leader with:
- Direct experience in marine/hospitality environments, preferably within laundry/cleaning product supply chains (B2B).
- Proven project management expertise (e.g., ISO, lean methodologies) in dynamic international markets.
- Hands-on technical knowledge of hydraulics/dosing systems, chemical formulations, and complex maintenance schedules.
- Starting bonus deal offered contingent on successful onboarding of core projects/fixed margins.
