Technical Services Administrator

Zertus UK & Ireland – Fakenham (with occasional travel)
Play a key role behind the scenes in getting our products approved, compliant and ready for market. In this role, you’ll manage artwork approvals, technical data and certification processes that ensure product information is accurate, complete and delivered on time.

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 16:30
Salary: £25,773 per annum
Closing date: Tuesday 14th July 2026
Interview dates: onsite at Kinnerton Confectionery, Fakenham: 15th, 17th, 20th July

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the artwork approval process from upload through to final sign-off
  • Track feedback and approvals, ensuring accuracy, version control and deadlines are met
  • Maintain technical product data, documentation and reporting trackers
  • Coordinate product certification submissions (e.g. Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance)
  • Support nutritional testing records and certificate tracking
  • Work with internal teams, suppliers and customers to keep projects progressing

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Previous administration or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong English and Maths skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing environment
  • Experience with document control, artwork approval or technical systems
  • GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) or above in English and Maths
