Technical Services & Engineering Academy - Operations & Delivery Specialist

Location: Arbor, London. Flexibility to be based at any UK office.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Delivery Specialist to support the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our global Technical Services & Engineering Academy.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure the Academy operates effectively day-to-day, bringing consistency, structure and coordination across our global programmes. You'll support the implementation of Academy initiatives, help drive best practice, and contribute to the ongoing development of processes, governance and ways of working.

This is a varied role where you'll collaborate with stakeholders across regions, coordinate key activities and projects, monitor performance and reporting, and help ensure learning programmes are delivered consistently and effectively across the business.

Qualifications & Experience

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment and can bring clarity and control to complexity.

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly reliable, with strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Tech-savvy, confident working with systems, data, and digital tools
  • A proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives work forward
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and regions
  • Ability to think operationally and bring structure to processes and ways of working
  • Experience working in global, technical, or complex environments is beneficial
