The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Expert (365) to join our Systems Team. This role provides technical support and 3rd-line expertise for Microsoft 365 and associated cloud collaboration services, ensuring they are secure, resilient and fit for purpose. You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting service development, operational stability and continuous improvement across our M365 estate.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical support of Microsoft 365 and associated cloud services, including Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Bookings and Zoom.
- Act as a subject matter expert for service security, resilience and disaster recovery.
- Ensure services are configured, maintained and documented to a high standard.
- Provide 3rd-line support, incident resolution and escalation where required.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and Cyber Security policies, including change and incident management.
- Contribute to service improvement and operational best practice.
About You
- Significant experience working in a technical systems or cloud services environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud services.
- Good understanding of service security, resilience and ITIL practices.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex technical issues.
- Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience.
