Technical Services Manager - Leading Managing Agent - 250,000 Sq Ft Commercial Trophy Building - Up to £80k + Package - Central London
Are you an experienced Engineering Manager/ Technical Services Manager/ Contract Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in Central London?
How would you like the chance to head up the M&E maintenance services, project works, sustainability initiatives and stakeholder engagement across a 250,000 Sq Ft grade A commercial office space, at an iconic commercial building in Central London?
A fantastic client of mine is currently looking to recruit an experienced Technical Services Manager into their business, who will take ownership for the delivery of a best in class M&E service provision for this Trophy Building.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all technical M&E services on site, through exemplary contractor management.
- Implementation of market leading sustainability & ESG initiatives, as well as the management of electrical and mechanical plant, inclusive of critical equipment.
- M&E Project Management.
- Monitoring performance of M&E service partners on site.
- Provide best in class customer service to tenants.
- Daily client and tenant liaison.
- Overseeing small and large M&E project works on site.
- Overseeing M&E plant replacement projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
- HNC/ HND Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- City & Guilds Mechanical/ City & Guilds 17th Edition
- HV Authorised (Either current or previous)
This exciting opportunity is paying an extremely attractive salary of up to £80k + Package.
