We're recruiting for a Technical Services Manager to join a flagship corporate facilities management contract in London.
This is a senior leadership opportunity where you'll be responsible for driving engineering excellence, technical compliance, asset optimisation, and long-term maintenance strategy across a large, complex estate. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, you'll influence operational performance, capital investment, and continuous improvement while leading a high-performing technical team.

The Role
As Technical Services Manager, You Will
- Lead the delivery of all hard FM and engineering services across a large corporate estate, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
- Develop long-term asset management, lifecycle, and reliability strategies to maximise performance and value.
- Drive statutory compliance, engineering governance, and technical risk management across the contract.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders while leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and specialist contractors.
- Champion innovation, digital technologies, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery.

You
To be successful in this Technical Services Manager role, you'll bring:
- A recognised engineering qualification with significant experience leading technical services within complex commercial, corporate, critical, or highly regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, engineering governance, asset management, and technical risk.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams, specialist subcontractors, and large outsourced FM contracts.
- Excellent commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, contract performance, and stakeholder relationships.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people, driving innovation, and delivering operational excellence.

Professional accreditation such as CEng, IEng, MIET, MCIBSE, or equivalent would be advantageous.
