Technical Service Manager – Print Production

This well-established Communication Agency specialise in strategy, creative, print and mail.
We're seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead their technical services function across print, mailing, fulfilment and production.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving technical processes and supporting the delivery of high-quality customer solutions.
The Role
You'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of technical services, ensuring production systems, mailing solutions and workflows operate efficiently while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Working closely with production, creative, account management and sales teams, you'll provide technical expertise on complex projects, support new business opportunities and help deliver outstanding service to clients.
- You'll also be instrumental in researching and implementing new technologies, automation and process improvements, helping the business remain at the forefront of the industry.
About You
- Experience within print, mailing, fulfilment or production environments.
- Strong knowledge of digital workflows, data processing, variable data printing and postal compliance.
- Experience managing technical projects and driving process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- The ability to provide technical support to commercial and sales teams.
- A proactive approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience with Quadient software would be advantageous but is not essential.
