Technical Services Manager
Lighting - London, Greater London (Hybrid)

At eEnergy, we're helping organisations reduce energy consumption, lower carbon emissions, and create more sustainable buildings. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Technical Services Manager to become our technical expert in lighting design.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial thinking. You'll transform detailed site survey data into innovative, compliant, and cost-effective lighting solutions that deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers while supporting business profitability.

What you'll be doing:
- Designing high-quality, compliant lighting schemes using survey data.
- Producing lighting calculations, layouts, and technical proposals.
- Identifying value engineering opportunities to maximise project margins.
- Working closely with Sales and Project Management teams to develop customer solutions.
- Acting as the technical authority for lighting across the business.
- Reviewing designs and maintaining quality assurance standards.
- Keeping up to date with emerging lighting technologies and industry regulations.
- Driving continuous improvement across design processes and technical standards.

What we're looking for:
- Experience designing commercial lighting schemes.
- Strong knowledge of lighting regulations and industry standards.
- Experience using lighting design software.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
