Technical Services Supervisor HVAC Bias
Location: Reading, RG2 6GP
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00

We are currently seeking a Technical Services Supervisor HVAC Bias to look after the day-to-day maintenance of our site, support the onsite development of engineers and ensure that a culture of continuous improvement embeds throughout the team.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of our site
- Support the onsite development of engineers
- Ensure a culture of continuous improvement throughout the team
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Oversee the reporting in line with KPIs
- Conduct toolbox talks
- Assist in the management of sub-contractors

Essential Skills & Experience
- Recognised engineering qualification preferably HVAC
- IOSH managing safely or equivalent
- Experience within a supervisory maintenance role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership qualities
- Customer and delivery focused
- Strong SHE knowledge
- Can do attitude and gets the job done
We’ll make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience gained in a similar role. You will work 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
