Technical services supervisor
Supervisor – Mobile
Client: JLL – Residential
We are recruiting an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to support a prestigious contract in and around London. This is a mobile role, overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ideally suited to a candidate based in or around London within the M25.
The Role
As a Supervisor, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of hard services delivery across 28 residential buildings, leading a mobile engineering team that includes:
- One site lead
- Three fabric engineers
- Two mobile engineers
You will ensure:
- Contractual compliance
- Service excellence
- Client satisfaction
Working Hours
🕗 Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

- Supervise and manage a team of mobile and static engineers across multiple residential sites
- Ensure PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive works are completed efficiently and to contract SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Act as the key point of contact for the client and stakeholders on site
- Monitor compliance, health & safety, and statutory requirements
- Support performance management, workload planning, and team development
- Carry out site inspections and audits to maintain service standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing or supervising a facilities or engineering team
- Background within commercial facilities management
- Electrical or Mechanical NVQ (minimum requirement)
- Strong organisational and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
