The Role
As The Technical/Shutdown Administrator, You’ll
- Manage planning and administrative functions for the Shutdown Team.
- Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and urgent works across multiple sites.
- Issue permits and arrange contractor access and attendance.
- Liaise daily with engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are met.
- Capture meeting minutes and authorise engineers during meetings.

You
To be successful in the role of Technical/Shutdown Administrator, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong call handling experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
- An ability to work within guidelines and company processes.
- Educational qualifications equivalent to GCSE standard with at least 5 Grade C passes or an NVQ in a relevant field.
