The Role

As The Technical/Shutdown Administrator, You’ll

  • Manage planning and administrative functions for the Shutdown Team.
  • Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and urgent works across multiple sites.
  • Issue permits and arrange contractor access and attendance.
  • Liaise daily with engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are met.
  • Capture meeting minutes and authorise engineers during meetings.

You

To be successful in the role of Technical/Shutdown Administrator, you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong call handling experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
  • An ability to work within guidelines and company processes.
  • Educational qualifications equivalent to GCSE standard with at least 5 Grade C passes or an NVQ in a relevant field.
