At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest open customer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!
About the Role
As our AI and Technical Learning Manager, you are the architect of Trustpilot’s AI-first culture. Your primary mission is to build the confidence, curiosity, and capability our people need to work with AI in meaningful and practical ways. You will design the strategy that embeds AI into how Trusties think and work, shifting our culture from one that talks about AI to one that uses it every day. Alongside this, you will ensure our people have the technical skills they need to do their jobs brilliantly, whether that is through Tech Academies, apprenticeship-funded programmes, or bespoke functional upskilling in our Technology teams. Your success is measured by your ability to move the dial on technical proficiency, AI confidence, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive AI adoption across Trustpilot. This is the core of your role. You will design and run the initiatives, campaigns, and learning experiences that shift how Trusties think about and use AI in their day-to-day work. The goal is practical, confident, widespread adoption.
- Build an AI learning strategy that goes beyond awareness. You will create a structured approach to AI capability building that moves people from curiosity to fluency. That means understanding where Trusties are starting from, what good looks like, and how to get them there quickly and confidently.
- Consult with functional leaders on AI use cases. You will work alongside leaders across the business to identify where AI and new tools can genuinely change how their teams work. You will then design the learning and change support to make those shifts happen.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous learning. You will create the conditions where Trusties feel safe to explore, try things out, and build their own efficiencies with technology. This is about mindset as much as skills.
- Design and oversee technical skills programmes. Supporting the AI agenda, you will also ensure Trusties have access to strong technical skills development, including through Tech Academies and other structured learning pathways that build deep functional capability in our technology teams.
- Make the most of Apprenticeship Levy funding. You will manage and deploy the Apprenticeship Levy strategically, ensuring eligible Trusties can access high-quality, formally accredited training in AI, technology, and data.
- Measure adoption, confidence, and impact. You will define the metrics that matter, track them consistently, and give leadership a clear picture of how AI capability is developing across the business. Data will inform every iteration of your strategy.
- Keep Trustpilot at the leading edge. You will benchmark our AI and technical learning maturity against industry standards, bring in emerging best practices, and make sure our strategy evolves as the landscape does.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are
- Passionate about AI and how it changes the way people work. You have hands-on experience driving AI adoption and digital transformation. You understand the technology, but more importantly, you understand people and how to bring them on the journey.
- A strategic architect, not just a programme manager. You build systems and frameworks that create lasting change. You have a track record of designing and deploying learning and adoption strategies that result in real, measurable shifts in how people work.
- Technically fluent. You are deeply comfortable in the current AI landscape, including Generative AI and LLMs. You can hold a credible conversation with Product and Tech leaders and translate complex concepts into accessible learning.
- A skilled change manager. You understand that learning alone does not change behaviour. You know how to address resistance, build confidence, and design adoption journeys that account for the human side of change.
- Experienced in technical capability building. You have designed and delivered technical skills programmes, including managing Tech Academy-style frameworks, and you know how to build functional capability at scale.
- Savvy with Apprenticeship Levy funding. You understand how to use Levy funding strategically to accelerate skills development in technology and AI, and you can navigate the requirements to maximise its value.
- A confident stakeholder consultant. You can influence senior leaders, earn their trust quickly, and position AI and technical learning as a genuine business priority rather than a nice-to-have.
- Data-driven in how you work. You track adoption, expertise, and ROI. You use evidence to make decisions, tell the story of impact clearly, and continuously improve what you build.
