Solutions Architect
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum
Maxwell Bond have partnered with a fast-growing technology business who are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join their Manchester based team.
This is a pivotal role sitting between engineering, operations, commercial teams, and customers. You'll take ownership of designing and shaping new platform capabilities, ensuring solutions integrate seamlessly into an established product ecosystem while balancing business needs, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
What you'll do as Solutions Architect:
- Design scalable technical solutions, APIs, integrations, and platform enhancements that align with existing architecture and business goals.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders across the business, translating operational challenges into clear technical specifications and delivery plans.
- Act as a technical bridge between customers, business teams, and engineers, supporting solution delivery and integration projects.

What They're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Architect, or similar role, with a previous hands-on software development background.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, system architecture, microservices, database design, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders and take ownership of customer-facing technical discussions.
