Technical Success Manager

About the Role Own the post-sale customer journey with enterprise clients across the UK & Ireland. Drive customer onboarding, adoption, and rollout planning of the platform. Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. Support customers in embedding the platform successfully into their environments and workflows. Monitor customer health, satisfaction (NPS/CSAT), and platform usage. Proactively identify risks and ensure successful resolution of customer challenges. Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to ensure successful delivery. Identify opportunities for expansion and additional use cases based on customer needs. Deliver technical and strategic customer sessions, including reviews and best-practice guidance.

What We're Looking For ~7+ years of professional experience in customer-facing, technical, or delivery-focused roles. Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering. Comfortable being hands-on and technical when working with engineering teams. Experience working with enterprise customers and managing multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Fluent English is essential.
