We’re looking for an organised and proactive Technical Support Administrator to join our team, supporting operational delivery from our Wymondham depot in Norwich.
This is a permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday with a hybrid working pattern, typically involving 3 days per week at the Wymondham depot.

As a Technical Support Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operational activities, ensuring processes run efficiently while delivering excellent service to customers and internal teams.
You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of operational support activities, from customer coordination and compliance administration to scheduling and project support.
What you’ll be doing
Support operational delivery & processes
- Provide administrative and technical support across operational teams
- Help ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day processes
Manage customer enquiries & service delivery
- Handle customer enquiries, appointments, and complaints
- Ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
Coordinate operational activities
- Support project tracking and scheduling activities
- Assist with purchase order management
Maintain systems & documentation
- Keep systems, records, and technical documentation accurate and up to date
- Ensure strong data integrity and compliance with company procedures

What you’ll bring
You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll enjoy supporting teams and providing excellent customer service.
Experience
Experience in an administrative or business support role is advantageous.
Skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage systems and data accurately
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
