Provide the support that keeps our technical operations running smoothly
As our Technical Support Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of Cadent’s technical and operational teams. This isn’t just about administration — it’s about ensuring activities run efficiently, data is accurate and key processes are delivered to a high standard.
This is a permanent role, where you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support across a wide range of activities including compliance, data management, project tracking and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with operational teams, helping to keep systems, processes and workloads running effectively.
You’ll be at the heart of the team, supporting both technical delivery and business operations, while contributing to continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.

- Operational Support – Provide administrative support across technical and operational activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery.
- Data & Systems Management – Maintain accurate data across systems, supporting reporting, compliance and decision-making.
- Project Coordination – Track and support project activity, including progress updates, scheduling and closure.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with internal teams, customers and external partners to coordinate activity and resolve queries.
- Compliance & Governance – Support compliance processes, records management and audit readiness.
- Procurement & Finance Support – Raise purchase orders, approve invoices and support financial processes.
- Continuous Improvement – Contribute to improving processes, systems and ways of working across the team.

What you’ll bring:
- Administrative Experience – Experience working in an administrative or business support role.
- Strong Organisation Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy in data entry, reporting and record keeping.
- IT & Systems Confidence – Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel and business systems.
- Stakeholder Skills – Ability to communicate clearly and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Approach – Ability to identify issues and support practical solutions.
- Team Collaboration – Strong team player with a proactive and supportive mindset
