Technical Support Advisor
Technical Support Advisor – Crewe, UK

About the Role
The Technical Support Advisor plays a critical role in our Customer Experience team. You will be responsible for:
- Triage and resolution of customer technical queries.
- Providing feedback to clients and other internal departments.
- Developing a deep understanding of our software and hardware products to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
This is a full-time office-based role based in Crewe, working Monday–Friday (8:30 AM–5:00 PM).
Your Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Engagement
- Manage support tickets via our CRM system, maintaining clear communication with clients via phone or email at every stage of resolution.
- Provide detailed account checks, delivering accurate feedback directly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with customer service, installations, onboarding, and complaints teams.
- Monitor trends and recurring issues, escalating exceptions to your line manager.

Operational Support
- Assist other business areas during peak periods, including handling phone lead coverage.

Enhancing the Customer Experience
- In a customer-facing role, there is an expectation to generate leads and referrals for Radius products and services where relevant.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, with equal ease when dealing with external customers or internal teams.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to self-motivate and work independently.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office platforms.
