About Our Client
Our Client is a leading manufacturer of domestic/residential heat pumps.
Role Overview
They now need to identify a Technical Support Advisor to handle both pre and post technical enquiries (such as fault finding) in order to support a large team of installers and Engineers.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have 'hands-on' experience in the domestic heating sector although heat pump experience is not required as full product training will be given to support your journey to become a heat pump expert.
You may have recently completed your apprenticeship or perhaps you are looking to come off 'the tools' into an office environment where you can use your experience to support others - either way if you have an understanding of the relevant regulations in the heating sector, we would love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
