About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic technology services team. This role is pivotal in supporting multiple business units within a well-established UK organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in device management, IT asset administration, and end-user support, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets, supporting user onboarding and offboarding processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an IT professional to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the seamless delivery of technical services.

Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess relevant experience and skills including:
- Proven experience in IT asset management and asset lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and deployment.
- Knowledge of Active Directory administration and user account management.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, mobile devices, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork and process improvement.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Technical Support Analyst include:
- Managing the entire lifecycle of IT assets, including stock control, audits, reporting, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Provisioning, configuring, and supporting corporate devices to meet user requirements.
- Supporting the onboarding, internal movement, and offboarding processes for employees and contractors.
- Assisting with the management and allocation of software licenses to optimize usage and compliance.
- Collaborating with internal technology teams and external suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Acting as an escalation point for support requests to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Producing and maintaining accurate asset and service reports to inform decision-making and compliance.
- Participating in technology projects and initiatives aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency.
- Supporting the implementation of IT governance, controls, and best practices to uphold security and operational standards.
