As we continue to invest in technology and digital transformation, we're looking for a passionate Technical Support Analyst to join our UK-based Technical Support Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and delivering excellent IT support across a fast-paced manufacturing business.
If you thrive on variety, enjoy being hands-on, and want to be part of a team that genuinely makes a difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.

- Company pension scheme with matched contributions (up to 8%)
- Access to Müller Rewards with hundreds of online and in-store discounts
- Ongoing learning, development and career progression opportunities
- The opportunity to work for one of the UK’s most recognised and trusted brands

You'll be the face of Group IT for many of our users, providing expert technical support both remotely and on-site across Müller locations. Working as part of our Technical Support Operations team, you'll take ownership of issues from start to finish, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
