🔧 Technical Support Analyst – Bring Your IT Expertise and Customer Service Skills!

📍 Location: Billericay (with travel to GC locations as needed)

⏳ Hours: Monday - Friday (with out-of-hours support on a rota)

What you’ll do 🛠️

  • Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues via phone, email, and web form.
  • Providing friendly and professional customer support across the business.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
  • Managing user accounts, onboarding, and offboarding staff.
  • Supporting IT innovation, automation, and process improvements.
  • Providing hands-on support at our sites and offices as per schedule.

Key Responsibilities 🔑🖥️

  • Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues via phone, email, and web form.
  • Providing friendly and professional customer support across the business.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
  • Managing user accounts, onboarding, and offboarding staff.
  • Supporting IT innovation, automation, and process improvements.
  • Providing hands-on support at our sites and offices as per schedule.

What we’re looking for 💡

  • A confident and approachable communicator with strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-moving environment.
  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working with both people and technology.
  • Be part of a vibrant team, working 5 days a week in the office with the opportunity to provide impactful on-site support when needed.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT Service Management frameworks is a plus.
