Core Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver specialized Tier 3 technical support for SketchUp software products, including complex entitlement systems.
- Investigate, replicate, and validate high-impact technical bugs using rigorous testing environments.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for cross-functional teams and clients.
- Partner with engineering and product development to manage incident escalations and prioritise resolutions.
- Mentor internal support teams, design technical training programs, and author comprehensive documentation for intricate workflows.
Requirements & Skills
Essential:
✔ 3+ years of experience in advanced technical support or software workflow management. ✔ Proven mastery in root cause analysis, software testing, and bug tracking in platforms like Jira or Confluence. ✔ Operations knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and matrixed collaboration models. ✔ Exceptional verbal and written communication, balancing technical precision with empathy and clarity. ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Arts and Sciences, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
Bonus (Preferred):
✔ Familiarity with 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) or architectural design workflows. ✔ Advanced OS diagnostic skills covering Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Windows Server. ✔ Scripting experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#) for workflow automation.

- Location: UK (Leeds or London) or UK-Remote.
- Travel Requirement: 10% (occasional site visits/company events).
