About The Role
We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a prominent manufacturer of commercial HVAC and chiller solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in chillers, commercial air conditioning, or applied HVAC systems to apply their technical expertise within a customer-focused, office-based environment. Working closely with an experienced Technical Manager, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to a diverse client base, including consultants, contractors, and installation partners. The position offers flexibility with hybrid and office-based working arrangements, making it suitable for professionals seeking a balanced work environment.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and skills, including:
- Proven knowledge of commercial chillers and HVAC systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Experience in technical support, applications engineering, or a related field.
- Educational background in engineering, HVAC technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support and product guidance across a range of commercial HVAC and chiller solutions.
- Assist consultants, contractors, installers, and internal sales teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design to commissioning.
- Support clients with product selection, system design queries, and application-specific advice to ensure optimal system performance.
- Act as a primary technical contact for customers and partners, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Contribute to technical documentation, training, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide current and accurate support.
