Key Responsibilities
In your day-to-day role, you'll:
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for cutting-edge measurement and analysis equipment.
- Configure and pre-commission market-leading instruments before shipment.
- Assist clients with equipment setup, calibration, and training both remotely and on-site.
- Create and update user guides, technical documentation, and troubleshooting materials.
- Support firmware and software updates while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Travel for customer demonstrations or site visits to deepen their understanding of the technology.
Every day will bring a blend of hands-on technology and client collaboration, making no two workdays the same.
Who We're Looking For
This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional with:
- A Degree (or Equivalent) in:
- Electronics Engineering
- Acoustical Engineering
- Audio Engineering
- Instrumentation
- Electrical Engineering
Alternatively, equivalent technical experience in instrumentation or measurement systems is welcomed.
