The role of the Technical Support Engineer Boilers & Renewables will involve:
- Technical Support Engineer dealing with a range of heating solutions such as boilers, heat tanks and renewable heat pumps
- The majority of your time will be acting as first line technical support to merchants, contractors, installers and housing associations for all queries relating to central heating products
- The remainder of your time offering technical support to internal stakeholders
- Fielding inbound telephone queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Carry out product training and familiarisation for both colleagues and customers
- Prompt and accurate reporting to the Customer Care Manager
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Support Engineer Boilers & Renewables with:
- Must have experience within the plumbing, heating and renewables sector
- Would be ideal to have knowledge specifically in renewables, heat pumps and air sourced heat pumps however open
- May be open to one of the following or closely related: engineer, installer, technical support, technical engineers, technical advisors,
- Positive telephone manner with the ability to resolve customer queries in a professional manner
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Stable career history
