Job Description
We have an opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer - Electronic Access Systems to join us at Honeywell, in the North Region, where you will be responsible for the service to our clients, commissioning new Onity systems primarily in the hospitality sector and provide technical support to our customers via phone.

Responsibilities
- Commissioning new systems at our customer sites
- Programming new systems for customers
- Undertake technical revisions with customers where we hold maintenance contracts
- Provide training and guidance to both internal and external clients
- Support customers with telephone Technical Assistance

Qualifications
- Experience in similar technician or engineering role
- Knowledge and experience within Technical Engineering/Telecommunications/Speciality in Electronics or Computer Systems ideally within in the electronic access system industry
- Analytical thinking, customer orientation
- Organizational capacity, prioritisation of task
- Full UK driving licence with the ability to travel across the North Region to include other parts of the country when required
