Palatine Talent is proud to be partnering with a wholly owned UK subsidiary of a global, manufacturing group; one of the world's leading names in electrical engineering. Present across multiple international markets, with ambitious growth plans, a genuinely sociable culture and a training programme that is, frankly, exceptional.

They do things a little differently here. Rather than hiring experience, they hire potential - and back it with a first-class, internationally recognised onboarding process drawing on expertise from across the UK, European HQ and specialist external trainers. If you're the right person, they'll build the rest.

The Role

A broad, varied and genuinely interesting position for someone at the start of their career.

  • Roughly 70% of your time will be spent working alongside the engineering services team. Carrying out risk assessments and designing 3D products for a remarkably diverse range of clients. One week you might be working on a National Trust property. The next, something considerably more classified.
  • The remaining 30% is customer-facing technical support. Helping clients navigate an extensive product range to select the right equipment and devices for their needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
