Our Yorkshire based client develop and manufacture a range of products for desk-top instrumentation. They are actively recruiting for an English/German speaking Technical Support Engineer
Duties for this position will include :-
- Providing technical support / contact for customers and clients alike in an established area
- Responsibility for day to day contact with customers and clients via both email and phone
- Answering product related technical questions and general sales related enquiries.
- Translating and writing technical sales literature for product documentation

Please note this is predominantly desk role, based working within a small technical team, full technical, and product training and support will be given.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre within Physical Sciences / Engineering and will also be bi-lingual, with English + German. You must have a good scientific background and the ability to pick up product knowledge and technical information quickly; in order to liaise with scientific professionals confidently. Excellent IT and Communication skills desired.
