Role Overview
As a key bridge between R&D and global clients, you will provide expert technical consultancy and tailored solutions to ensure the seamless integration and operation of our PDA and RFID products across global industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for overseas customers.
- Provide expert answers to technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with R&D to resolve complex product issues.

Solution Design & Presentation:
- Deeply understand the client's business needs.
- Provide comprehensive technical solutions and suggestions.

Documentation & Knowledge Base:
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical support documents, including:
- SDK integration guides
- FAQs
- Functional usage manuals
- Content must be in English.

- Design and deliver technical training sessions (remote or on-site).
