Role Overview
As a key bridge between R&D and global clients, you will provide expert technical consultancy and tailored solutions to ensure the seamless integration and operation of our PDA and RFID products across global industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for overseas customers.
- Provide expert answers to technical inquiries.
- Collaborate with R&D to resolve complex product issues.
