Role Overview
As a Technical Support Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and sales teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gaining and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our equipment and products.
- Providing technical support and training with confidence and accuracy.
- Developing resources such as technical support libraries, training videos, and informational leaflets.
- Coordinating equipment loan services and liaising with manufacturers for technical queries and warranties.
- Resolving customer issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
Setting Direction
- Build and maintain extensive knowledge libraries for equipment and products.
- Collaborate with purchasing and marketing teams to enhance product selection and training materials.
- Identify recurrent equipment issues and propose solutions to the purchasing team.
Developing People
- Share your expertise with customers and colleagues, creating a robust learning environment.
- Take the initiative in self-development through continuous professional development (CPD).
- Participate in and deliver product training sessions, fostering a culture of learning.
Delivering Results
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding equipment specifications and deliveries.
- Assist customers with repairs through various communication channels.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support the implementation of change within the team.

What We Require
- Registered Veterinary Nurse with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- A proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
