West Suffolk Council is looking for a motivated Technical Support Officer – Energy to join the council’s Property Services team. This exciting opportunity is to be part of a busy, dynamic team providing support to the council’s Property Services team, specialising in energy and utilities.
What you will need
As a Technical Support Officer, you will be required to have good organisational and communication skills as you will need to be able to effectively triage enquiries from customers, tenants, suppliers, and other departments for both commercial and council managed properties. You will also be required to update the property management software, Technology Forge and energy portals used in the management of the council’s portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, positive and organised.
