Technical Support Representative, In-Store
Technical Support Team – SevenRooms (DoorDash)
SevenRooms, part of DoorDash’s Customer Experience and Support Ops organization,** partners directly with hospitality operators globally to deliver best-in-class customer support. Our mission is to ensure when challenges arise—or guidance is needed—knowledgeable, strategic, and empathetic support is always available. We handle technical troubleshooting, product onboarding, and strategic advice via chat, email, or phone to create seamless, impactful experiences while driving operational efficiency in a 24/7 model.

Full-Time Hourly Role As a critical member of our team, weekend shift availability (at least one weekend day) is mandatory for all successful candidates.
About the Role
You’ll work directly with global hospitality operators, troubleshooting issues, instructing on product usage, and strategizing to maximize ROI—all while advancing SevenRooms’ mission for world-class customer support.

- Impact-Driven Prioritization: Prioritize tasks based on customer impact severity to ensure urgent issues are resolved first.
- Tool Proficiency: Master internal/external tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce, CRM platform) for tracking support requests.
