  • Tesla UK seeks a customer-focused, experienced, and motivated Energy Customer Support Specialist to join their Energy team.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers.
  • Provide comprehensive product information (including home battery solutions like the Powerwall 2 and residential EV charger, the Wall Connector).
  • Resolve customer queries and technical concerns efficiently via telephone and email.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality verbal and written support (including technical troubleshooting).
  • Assess customer needs and collaborate creatively to resolve issues related to:
    • Energy products (including home batteries and EV chargers).
  • Determine the ideal resolution path for all support cases.
  • Escalate customer concerns to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Accurately document issues and interactions in CRM or support systems.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support (preferably with technical or consumer electronics exposure).
  • Fluency in both English and Italian (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workloads effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to upholding professional, cooperative relationships with colleagues and clients.
