- Tesla UK seeks a customer-focused, experienced, and motivated Energy Customer Support Specialist to join their Energy team.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for customers.
- Provide comprehensive product information (including home battery solutions like the Powerwall 2 and residential EV charger, the Wall Connector).
- Resolve customer queries and technical concerns efficiently via telephone and email.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality verbal and written support (including technical troubleshooting).
- Assess customer needs and collaborate creatively to resolve issues related to:
- Energy products (including home batteries and EV chargers).
- Determine the ideal resolution path for all support cases.
- Escalate customer concerns to relevant teams when necessary.
- Accurately document issues and interactions in CRM or support systems.

What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in customer support (preferably with technical or consumer electronics exposure).
- Fluency in both English and Italian (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workloads effectively.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding professional, cooperative relationships with colleagues and clients.
