Technical Support Specialist
Technical Support Specialist | Guildford | Onsite
Salary: £32k - £37k
I’m currently working with a well-established professional services organisation that’s looking to add an experienced Service Desk Analyst to their growing IT team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Microsoft support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with exposure to modern cloud technologies.
Tech Stack Includes:
- Microsoft 365
- Intune
- Windows 10/11
- Azure / Entra ID
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Exchange Online
- Teams / SharePoint / OneDrive
- ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Halo, FreshService etc.)

The Role:
- Providing 1st & 2nd Line support
- Troubleshooting across Microsoft environments
- Supporting users in an ITIL-driven environment
- Working closely with infrastructure teams and third parties
- Contributing to process improvements and documentation
- Acting as an escalation point where required
Ideal Background:
- Previous Service Desk / IT Support experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 support skills
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID & Active Directory
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with ticketing/ITSM systems
