About the Role:
Intermedia is seeking a Technical Sourcer to build talent pipelines for Engineering, Product Management, Cloud Operations, AI, Security, UCaaS, and CCaaS teams. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent across Portugal and Europe while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support strategic hiring initiatives.

What you will be doing:
Talent Sourcing Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, GitHub, Stack Overflow, industry events, and other sourcing channels. Build talent pipelines for Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Product Management, AI, and Customer Experience technologies. Conduct market mapping and competitor talent analysis. Develop proactive sourcing strategies for critical and difficult-to-fill positions. Candidate Engagement Conduct initial outreach and candidate qualification conversations. Assess candidate experience, technical background, and interest level. Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships. Promote Intermedia's employer brand and value proposition. Recruiting Partnership Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities. Participate in intake meetings and sourcing strategy discussions. Provide pipeline insights, market intelligence, and competitive hiring data. Support diversity sourcing initiatives. Talent Intelligence Track market trends, competitor activity, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability. Develop talent maps for strategic skill areas. Create and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs. Recruiting Operations Maintain accurate candidate information within Pinpoint ATS. Track sourcing activity and performance metrics. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
What you will bring to the role:
Required 3–4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience. Experience sourcing technical talent including Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Product, or SaaS professionals. Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search expertise. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Experience working with ATS and CRM tools. Preferred Experience within SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, or AI organizations. Experience sourcing across the UK and Europe. Knowledge of technical hiring markets and talent communities. Experience supporting high-growth technology organizations.
