We design and manufacture world-leading land force protection systems, cyber and electromagnetic activities (CEMA), electronic warfare (EW) and encryption capabilities. We are looking for individuals with a passion for technology to join our team as a Technical Trainer. This role is responsible for creating, developing, and delivering technical training content and conducting engaging in-person training sessions within specialist technology environments, including Electronic Warfare and Cryptographic systems.

What The Role Will Involve
The responsibilities of your role will include the following:
- Design, creation and maintenance of new and existing training material, experience in developing eLearning content would be a bonus.
- Delivery of Training on Electronic Warfare (EW) and/or Cryptography solutions to customers at all levels
- Assisting in a variety of pre and post-sales technical support tasks on behalf of Sales and Customer Support teams, such as product presentations and demonstrations, as well as 1st/2nd line helpdesk technical support
- Work closely with Engineering and Product Management through provision of customer feedback and user SMEs
- International travel for short durations

What You’ll Bring
The role requires the following experience and skills:
- Demonstrable experience of delivering formal classroom based Instructor Led training and/or informal workplace training
- Prior experience of acting as a technical SME in one or more of the following areas: Radio Frequency principles and applications, IP Networking, C5ISR.
- Experience of Training lifecycles/systematic approach to training from initial concept through design and delivery
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong team player who is flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task
- Minimum SC clearance
