What You Can Expect: Main Activities Preparing Demonstration equipment to OEM specifications, including carrying out visual checks and function tests, clean and wrap returning demo systems – typical systems will be C-Arms and Ultrasounds. Demonstrate a high level of accuracy for updating systems and records, reusable Catalogue (FM) and DEMS etc. Report any defects or missing items to the Operations team and follow escalation process for performance issues, updating tracker reports. Liaise with the dedicated co-ordination team to ensure smooth call flow for all Demo operations. Where applicable, escalating service and performance issues to the Team Lead / Management for resolution. Record, maintain equipment test result sheets. Create BOM (Bill of Materials) for new demo systems. Carry out Pre Delivery Checks on new systems as per customer requirements. Install optional items to new systems as necessary. Maintain and Enforce Radiation Procedure – including the X-ray badge reports and processing. Assist visiting customer engineers. Arrange for calibration of test equipment. Complete Engineering timesheets against systems / Job reference (FM). Management of managed customer tool kits, including ordering of consumables and replacement tools from suppliers. Provide safety data sheets to the Health and Safety manager for any chemical products. Keeping the demo workshop area clear, tidy and organized. Manage and update equipment details/configurations using FM and DEMS management system. Performing Stock Checks and working with internal / external auditors to check and verify locations. Adhere to the company’s Health & Safety policy at all times. Maintain the standards of the company as defined in ISO9001 and ISO14001. In addition to your normal duties you may be required to undertake other duties in line with the needs of the business and flexibility should be recognised as paramount to the role. You may on occasion be required to work in other Rhenus sites as workload dictates. What You Bring: Key Skills and Experience Good team member who can also work on own initiative. Hold or work towards RPS (Radiation Protection Supervisor) accreditation. A flexible and can-do attitude. Previous engineering experience would be preferable. Good communication skills.
